In a special edition of the Climate Careers series, Michelle Li and Christine Cavallo shared their expertise as leaders in sustainability.

Michelle Li, Co-Founder of Women and Climate and CEO of clever carbon, discussed her work advancing carbon literacy and gender equity in climate action. With a background at Salesforce, DocuSign, and as a TEDx speaker, Michelle highlighted the value of building strong professional networks in tech and climate careers.

Christine Cavallo, an Olympic Trials rower and Engagement Manager at the UN Global Compact Network USA, spoke on leveraging private-sector action for sustainability. Representing $5 trillion in US corporate revenue, Christine also advocates for ecosystems and biodiversity as a WWF Healthy Waters Alliance ambassador.

Hosted by Voiz Academy in partnership with femella, the event inspired attendees to build impactful careers in climate action. Femella, a nonprofit fostering young women’s growth, connects ambitious professionals through events and workshops across five global hubs.
